Introduction One of our climbing guides - Mike Pescod - lives in Fort William at the base of
Ben Nevis, Britains' highest mountain which also offers some of the best
mountaineering in the British Isles.
Mike is 28 years old, married and has a string of hard first winter ascents to
his credit both in Scotland and further afield. He has considerable experience
in mountaineering in East Africa and in the Caucasus. We invite you to join
Mike in the Scottish hills for a good day out. You can pick up your winter skills needed to ascend Elbrus or climb the Diamond
Couloir on Mt Kenya. Practice your crevasse rescue techniques or have a day
climbing one of the classic Ben Nevis ridges in summer or winter. | Sunset on the summit of Ben Nevis Eastern Traverse on Tower Ridge
